We, It's A Club, provide a networking application that connects professionals through an invitation-only platform. This platform includes a membership payment system and is designed to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring your personal data is handled with the utmost care and in accordance with the highest privacy standards.

By accessing and actively engaging with our application's services, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the application constitutes your agreement to this policy.

- **2.1 Personal Information:** When you sign up for our application, we collect identifiable information such as your name, email address, and payment details to process memberships. This information is stored and protected using Auth0, a reputable identity management provider that specializes in secure user authentication. Auth0 facilitates your login process, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of your credentials. As part of this process, Auth0 may also collect and process certain information related to your authentication, in line with their privacy practices and our GDPR obligations.
- **2.2 Usage Data:** We gather non-identifiable analytics data that helps us understand how you utilize the application, such as which features you frequent and the amount of time spent on the app.
- **2.3 Payment Information:** For subscription and membership services, your payment data is securely processed and managed through a certified third-party payment processor, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your financial transactions.

Welcome to It's A Club. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of It's A Club's networking application, including the purchase of services and participation in events organized by It's A Club ApS.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using It's A Club, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or guidelines posted on the app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use It's A Club.
2. Registration and Account Security
Users must register to access the app's features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Purchase of Services
Upon purchasing services, whether subscription-based or individual events, you authorize It's A Club ApS to conduct transactions on your payment card as agreed. Permission is granted at the time of agreement to process a payment transaction for each applicable activity, executed on the date the activity occurs. Receipts can be requested at any time and will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
The price of each event, session, or meal is specified at the point of purchase, whether in-person, through the app, or on the website. Each event or session may be subject to specific terms/regulations, which will be communicated at the start/purchase time.
4. Cancellation Policy
Participants agree that a 'no show fee' will be charged for failure to attend registered sessions. Sessions with fewer than 3 registered participants will be canceled no later than 2 hours before the start time. For training clip cards or individual training sessions, cancellation must occur no later than 24 hours before the session to avoid incurring the full cost. The same applies to event cancellations.
5. Modifications and Cancellations by It’s A Club
It’s A Club reserves the right to modify the content and timings of events. In accordance with consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to goods purchased via the website, not applicable if the event has occurred or within 24 hours of its occurrence. Payments for participation in activities and event tickets are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
It’s A Club ApS collects and processes personal data necessary for membership registration and service provision, adhering strictly to necessary information collection. Collected data is stored for 5 years for accounting purposes, after which it is deleted. In compliance with data protection laws, It’s A Club ApS, as the data controller, will provide information upon request regarding the processing of personal data.
7. Liability
It’s A Club does not accept responsibility for injuries, losses, or accidents.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
It's A Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, including trade conditions, with reasonable prior notice. Changes will be communicated to members.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The City Court of Copenhagen. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with these rules.

### Subscription Terms for It’s A Club ApS

The membership is personal and cannot be used by or transferred to others.
Membership in It’s A Club ApS grants members access to the club's facilities and activities as described in the membership agreement.
Upon purchasing memberships and other ongoing services, the customer approves that It’s A Club ApS is entitled to carry out transactions on the customer's payment card continuously.
With the conclusion of the agreement, the customer permits It’s A Club ApS to execute one payment transaction for each billing period as long as the membership is active. The payment transaction and membership are carried out continuously on the date the membership was signed.
After each completed payment transaction, a receipt is sent to the email address provided at the purchase of the membership.
One's membership agreement is always valid from the same date as the purchase date and remains valid until it is terminated by It’s A Club ApS or the customer themselves. Termination can occur with the ongoing month + one month from the purchase date after the agreement's conclusion. This means that you will only be charged for one membership period following cancellation.
Termination of the membership agreement must be done by sending an email to info@itsaclub.dk.
It’s A Club reserves the right to terminate members if they do not comply with the club's current rules.
For downgrading of membership, the notice of ongoing month + one month will apply from the subsequent payment in the month. For upgrading of membership to another membership, notice of ongoing month + 1 month applies. Upgrading can be done at any time by sending an email to info@itsaclub.dk.
Change of card details can be made via Member login on It’s A Club's member app. If your card has expired or you have deregistered your card via your member login, you are still subject to pay for the membership until the membership is terminated according to It’s A Club’s termination conditions.
The monthly membership price is stated at the conclusion of the agreement and can be changed by It’s A Club ApS with a notice of 45 days to the end of a month. Notice is sent to the email address provided at the start/purchase of the subscription.
The membership may be subject to specific terms/regulations, which are communicated at the start/purchase of the membership. These can be changed by It’s A Club APS with a notice of 45 days to the end of a month. Notice of terms changes is sent to the email address provided at the start/purchase of the subscription.
Members commit to behaving according to the rules specified in the Code of Conduct at all times.
Members commit not to be under the influence of any form of drugs during their stay in the clubhouse.
Members commit to always inform It’s A Club ApS about changes in payment cards or situations where the member can no longer pay for the subscription.
Members commit not to let others into the clubhouse, nor to use the Clubhouse outside of opening hours, without a prior agreement with It’s A Klub ApS.
Members commit to immediately inform It’s A Club ApS about situations where access codes or access cards may have been lost or shared with others.
If a member does not fulfill their obligations, It’s A Club ApS reserves the right to expel the member and terminate the membership.
With purchased membership of Burning Pleasure, you give It’s A Club ApS permission to charge a 'no show fee' for failing to attend registered sessions.
Sessions with fewer than 3 registered participants will be canceled no later than 2 hours before the start time.
It’s A Club ApS cannot always guarantee available spots on teams and at events for members, as these may be subject to a capacity requirement.
By purchasing clip cards for training or buying individual training hours, you accept that if you do not cancel the training at least 24 hours before, you will bear the full cost.
By registering for events held through It’s a Club, you accept that if you do not cancel the registration at least 24 hours before, you will bear the full cost that was stated at registration.
It’s A Club ApS reserves the right to change opening hours.
In July and on holidays and between Christmas and New Year, opening hours and sessions will be reduced due to staff and instructors’ holidays.
In the event of a pandemic, epidemic, force majeure, or similar condition resulting in a forced closure of It’s A Club clubhouse, the customer's membership will be extended by the number of closed periods upon termination of membership. The customer must inform It’s A Club of this when terminating the membership.
In accordance with consumer contract law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to goods purchased via the website. The withdrawal cannot be used if the subscription has been used. Payments for participation in activities and tickets for events are generally non-refund
able unless otherwise stated in the description of the activity.
It’s A Club ApS needs to collect, register, and process personal data to complete the establishment of membership. It’s A Club ApS collects only the information necessary for the delivery of this service.
Registered information is stored for 5 years for our accounting material, after which the information is deleted.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, It’s A Club ApS as the data controller will provide anyone who requests it, notice of whether information about them is being processed. If personal data is being processed, notice will be given about; 1) which information is processed, 2) the purpose of the processing, 3) who may receive the information, and 4) where the information originates. A registered person can at any time object to It’s A Club ApS processing information about them.
It’s A Club does not take responsibility for injuries, losses, or accidents.
The club reserves the right to change the terms of trade with reasonable prior notice. Changes will be notified to the members.
